Putting the pieces back together: understanding the experience and taking steps forward – our parent workshop is led by experts – Clinical Psychologist Mairead Brennan and Play Therapist and Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist Debbie Cullinane.

The experience of receiving a childhood diagnosis, treatment and recovery can often feel like a very lonely one. It can be very helpful to be with other parents who understand and share some of your experiences and feelings.

If you’ve been stuck in ‘doing’ mode you might be running on empty, stuck in a constant alert and vigilant state. We’ll share simple strategies that are known to help and learn how to move forward.
