Childhood Cancer Ireland is the national charity founded by and led by parents of children with cancer and survivors.
Our vision is a future in which the voice of the lived experience of young people with cancer, survivors and
their families is heard and represented at all levels of decision making.
In order to represent your voice, as well as fund practical and emotional supports and services, we want to hear from you on the key issues and challenges affecting children, adolescents, young adults and their families.
Please take a few minutes to share your views and experiences in this short survey.
